WHAT WE DO

Committees

Arts and Culture

This committee is designed to inspire clubwomen to engage the creative ambiance within their lives. Create programs and projects that include music, dance, drama, theatre, crafts and other arts-related areas, both traditional and innovative. Past projects include no-sew blankets, which we donated to Veterans Home in Paramus and the Family Promise of Morris County, as well as favors for our own 60th anniversary party. Our current project is stuffing simple dolls for Operation Smile, which provides life changing surgeries all over the world for children who have cleft palates. The dolls are used as aids in counseling sessions to prepare the children for surgery. We meet the first Friday morning of each month from 10 to 12 in the The Recreation Department Teen Room.
