Giving Tree at the Library

Helping Those in Need! Stop by the Roxbury Library to pick up your gift wish card for children and their families receiving assistance from Deirdre’s House and women veterans and their families working with Operation Sisterhood.

The Roxbury Woman’s Club is sponsoring a Giving Tree at the Roxbury Township Public Library. We are partnering with Deirdre’s House, the NJ Children’s Alliance Center in Morris County, providing services for child victims of abuse and/or neglect and for children that have witnessed violence. They also provide assistance to non-offending caregivers.

We are also partnering with the YWCA Northern New Jersey Operation Sisterhood, providing assistance to women veterans and their families.

Northern New Jersey Operation Sisterhood empowers women veterans in their transition beyond service by providing trauma-informed support, community connection, and pathways to wellness, stability, and opportunity. We honor their service by fostering dignity, equity, and belonging, ensuring every woman veteran has the resources and support to thrive.
